Pro Connect Quick Disconnect Valves are used to isolate and disconnect aquarium equipment without draining hoses or disturbing the rest of the system. They are commonly installed on stainless canister filters, CO₂ equipment, UV sterilizers, and inline heaters where controlled shutoff is required.

Each valve includes an integrated shutoff lever that stops water flow when the connection is released. This allows equipment to be removed for service while hoses remain filled and pressurized.

Common applications include cleaning a canister filter without draining lines, changing CO₂ components without backflow, and removing inline equipment without affecting system circulation. The twist lock connection uses internal O rings to maintain a sealed connection during operation.
