Blue Zone Canister Filter Silicone Hose – 16/22 mm (3 m)

This silicone hose is designed for aquarium canister filters that use standard 16/22 mm connections. It is the same size supplied with Blue Zone stainless steel canister filters and is suitable for inlet and outlet plumbing where flexibility and long service life matter. It is also compatible with other brands that use 16/22 mm tubing, including Fluval.

Unlike vinyl tubing, silicone remains soft and pliable over time. It resists hardening, cracking, and discoloration, making it easier to route through cabinets and maintain clean, supported curves. The hose slips securely over filter ports and can be cut to length without fraying or deformation.

The dark gray color is intentional. It helps conceal internal algae buildup, reducing visual clutter and minimizing the need for routine hose cleaning compared to clear tubing.
