Pineapple Swordtail

Pineapple Swordtails display a bright yellow-to-orange body with deeper orange and red coloration through the fins and tail. Mature males develop the characteristic elongated lower tail ray that gives swordtails their name.

Active swimming and vivid coloration make Pineapple Swordtails especially noticeable in planted and community displays.
