At Blue Zone Aquarium, we're committed to getting your order to you as quickly as possible. Most in-stock dry goods orders ship within one business day.

All dry goods shipments are insured, providing additional protection and peace of mind during transit.

We take pride in careful packaging, prompt order processing, and dependable shipping from our California location.

Live Animal Shipping

Live animal shipping schedules are determined by weather conditions and destination to help ensure safe arrival.

If your order arrives with a problem, keep the shipping bag sealed, photograph the issue clearly before opening, and contact Blue Zone Aquarium with your photos and order information.

Aquarium Delivery

Aquarium delivery is available locally, with regional delivery available by arrangement. Additional charges may apply for stairs, long carries, restricted access, difficult parking, steep driveways, or other delivery challenges.

Local Delivery

Free local delivery is available on eligible orders of $30 or more within our service area. Orders placed after the local cutoff may be scheduled for the next available delivery window. Someone must be present to receive live animal deliveries.

Local Pickup

Store pickup is available from 11 AM to 7 PM.
