The Blue Zone DQ-Series Nano Protein Skimmers are compact, DC-driven filtration systems designed for quiet, consistent performance in nano and AIO reef aquariums. Built for saltwater systems up to 65 gallons, each model pairs precision acrylic construction with a digital DC needle-wheel pump to deliver stable foam production in a small footprint.

Both skimmers use smooth-starting DC pumps that generate dense, uniform microbubbles for effective organic removal and improved oxygen exchange, while maintaining an operating noise level below 40 dB. Despite their compact size, the DQ-Series delivers performance comparable to larger skimmers commonly used on premium nano reef systems.
